Return & Refund Policy — Hayes Healing LLC

Thank you for shopping with Hayes Healing. Every piece we create is made with intention to inspire healing, empowerment, and community. We want you to love your purchase and feel comfortable wearing it with pride.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

• Returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale or clearance.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email support@hayeshealing.com with the following information:

• Your order number

• The item name

• The reason for return or exchange

• A photo of the item (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Exchanges (for Sizing)

If your shirt doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to exchange it for another size (based on availability).

• The item must meet the return eligibility above.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping on the original item.

• Hayes Healing will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item once the return is received.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order details.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer available.

Local Pickup / In-Person Delivery (Sacramento, CA Area Only)

If you’re located in or near Sacramento, California, you can choose to meet in-person for local pickup or delivery.

• Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.

• Local meetups are available for safety and convenience at public community spaces (e.g., coffee shops or libraries).

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and location.

• Free standard shipping may be offered during promotional periods — follow Hayes Healing on social media for updates!

Lost or Delayed Packages

Hayes Healing LLC is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number.
